UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland needed a new campaign to promote awareness and increase access to its federally qualified health centers, so we were called in to lead the effort. These centers offer high-quality, low-cost pediatrics, adolescent medicine, and teen health to underserved children in Alameda County. The goal of the campaign was to grow overall awareness of these services and increase back-to-school checkups, vaccinations, and teen health appointments.
We developed a series of creative concepts after holding a kickoff meeting, interviewing clinic staff, and conducting market research. After presenting options to key stakeholders, including physicians, community members, and the board, we incorporated feedback and launched a powerful new campaign that everyone believed in. Our work included all creative strategy, writing, design, and final concepts.
Media included OOH (bus sides, transit shelters, and junior posters), direct mail, Pandora Radio spots (English and Spanish versions), and a variety of digital assets.
